Marilyn Paul, PhD, is an organization and management consultant skilled in facilitation, organizational diagnosis, systems thinking, leadership development, organizational learning, and coaching. Among her skills is the ability to facilitate new perspectives and original solutions to persistent problems. She has a special ability in combining a focus on results with attention to individual growth and team development.

Over the past twenty-five years, Marilyn has worked with people on many different organizational levels, from executive teams to the shop floor in manufacturing settings. She has worked to create high-performing multicultural organizations for six years as a senior consultant with Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, facilitate dialogues with Dialogos, a world leader in bringing dialogue to organizations, and strengthen labor-management relations through Workplace Systems, Inc.

Marilyn has a PhD from the Yale School of Organization and Management and an MBA from Cornell. She is the author of the recent book It’s Hard to Make a Difference When You Can’t Find Your Keys. Her current research focuses on helping people in organizations manage time and workload with greater awareness and clearer intention.
