Testimonials
-
"Larry's fresh approach to what we thought was a familiar subject and the lively special effects that accompanied his talk on Columbus: The Four Voyages here at the club last evening was obviously a winning combination. His engrossing presentation simulated lots of questions and left us wanting to read the book! We like to start the new year with a strong program and he more than met with our expectations. Thank you for an outstanding evening." - Jane Reed, Associate Library Director, University Club
-
"Thank you from a very very appreciative audience for the brilliant program Larry gave last night at the Colony Club! Everyone has been singing his praises, again and again. We all loved the slides, the sound effects, and most of all his engaging and generous manner; he spoke so easily and openly, sharing all he knew about the subject with us. Everyone learned a great deal about a man and the history we thought we knew...The questions were interesting also, and clearly, the audience would have held him for another hour if we hadn't had the arrangements for dinner to attend to...In addition, I'm so appreciative of the gracious and cheerful way Larry responded to everyone, encouraging their interest and involving them in the evening." - The Colony Club, New York
-
"I have heard nothing but praise for Larry's presentation--an assessment with which I enthusiastically concur! I look forward to the possibility of a 'return engagement' on another of his fascinating subjects." - William Crawley, Director, Great Lives Series
