In addition, Karol has observed her patient’s responses to different areas of worry such as the economy, relationships, finances, and family. Her book is filled with different stories from her practice and how worry can be handled a variety of ways for a better quality of life. From business people to working mothers, Karol’s stories illustrate how worry reaches across many different populations and how it affects them all.
