Author of The Well and the Mine

The Well and the Mine is Gin Phillips’s first novel. A year after its publication in 2008, it won the prestigious Barnes & Noble Discover Award—previous winners of which include Tracy Chevalier (Girl with a Pearl Earring) and Monica Ali (Brick Lane).
